Unveiling the Mystery: A Glimpse into the Woods of "Ancient"


"The sun begins to set, casting an ethereal glow over the dense forest. As the friends settle into their campsite, an unsettling encounter sets the stage for a night of mystery and suspense."

Excerpt:

“Right over there,” he pointed towards the woods.

“He looked weird.”

“Must be a botanist, I saw some plants in his back seat.”

“Botanist? I’d say he was more of a thief.”

They found a place in the middle of the woods, Strub threw his bag and lied on the ground, while Zack lowered his bag with utmost care.

The orange hue was turning blue and the wanderers were busy exploring this new destination.

In the woods, Arhisha found something she had seen before in Strub’s apartment. She quickly took out a book from her backpack. The serrated leaves and the pistillate flower with trichomes completely resembled the picture in the book.

“Guys look at this!” she shouted.

“What?” Zack turned around.

Strub and Dean rushed to her.

“It’s just a plant! All this noise for a goddamn plant,” Strub said.
